The litigation team is expanding which provides an exciting opportunity for the right person to develop and grow in this challenging and varied role. We are looking for a Litigation Lawyer, ideally, with 2 - 4 years' experience in general civil litigation, employment and family law.
You will be assisting the firm's Litigation/Dispute Resolution Team and Family Law Team working across a diverse range of general litigation, employment and family matters in a variety of Courts and Tribunals. We are a fast-paced collaborative team and we also work closely with our commercial property colleagues in commercial disputes.
Ideally you will be looking to build on your knowledge of civil, employment and family law and litigation skills to progress to Court appearances and mediations. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability to establish and retain client relationships.
