Our immigration practice continues to grow, so we are keen to expand our team to meet our clients' needs for best practice immigration advice.

We are looking for an experienced immigration professional with strong technical expertise and excellent relationship building skills. Preference will be given to a qualified solicitor. You work very well in a team and have established leadership qualities.
A relevant second language could be very helpful, but is not essential.

PROPERTY / COMMERCIAL LAWYER

1 - 2 YEARS PQE

LEGAL SECRETARY

We are looking for a Legal Secretary to join us in Takapuna who will become a member of our Litigation/Family Law support team.  This role will appeal to those who have a passion for excellence in legal secretarial support.  You will be involved with clients and assist in building and maintaining strong relationships.

Ideally you will have:

  • Great communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and use inititive
  • Previous experience in a NZ law firm (essential)
  • Experience using Infinity Law (advantageous)

LITIGATION LAWYER

The litigation team is expanding which provides an exciting opportunity for the right person to develop and grow in this challenging and varied role.  We are looking for a Litigation Lawyer, ideally, with 2 - 4 years' experience in general civil litigation, employment and family law.

You will be assisting the firm's Litigation/Dispute Resolution Team and Family Law Team working across a diverse range of general litigation, employment and family matters in a variety of Courts and Tribunals.  We are a fast-paced collaborative team and we also work closely with our commercial property colleagues in commercial disputes.

Ideally you will be looking to build on your knowledge of civil, employment and family law and litigation skills to progress to Court appearances and mediations.  The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability to establish and retain client relationships.  There are genuine long-term career opportunities for the right candidate.
