We are pleased to announce we have two fabulous new support positions within our firm.

 

LEGAL SECRETARY – PRIVATE CLIENT TEAM

This is a role for those who enjoy variety in their daily work.  We are looking for someone to support members of our Private Client team with their day to day secretarial/PA requirements.

This role encompasses an interesting variety of legal support work with authors involved in property, trusts, wills and work that is generated by our Private Client Team.

Located, for the next 12 months, at the front of one of our offices, you will also be the face of Turner Hopkins greeting clients as they arrive for appointments, with this part of the role being no longer required once we have moved to our brand new, state of the art premises  also within Takapuna.

Ideally you will have:

-          Experience working in a general practice law firm in a support role

-          Great communication skills and a welcoming smile

-          The ability to work autonomously and use initiative

-          Experience using Infinity Law (Advantageous)

LEGAL SECRETARY – PROPERTY and COMMERCIAL

We are looking for a fantastic Legal Secretary to join us in Takapuna who will support our growing Property and Commercial team.  This role will appeal to those who have a passion for excellence in legal secretarial support.  You will be involved with the clients and assist in building and maintaining strong relationships.

-          Experience working within a Property and Commercial team

-          Great communication skills

-          The ability to work autonomously and use initiative
