Lucy began her career in Body Corporate Administration, where she spent five years developing a sharp eye for detail and a solid understanding of financial processes. Working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, she built the discipline and accuracy that now underpin her work in legal finance.
It was during this time that Lucy discovered her real interest lay in accounts. Drawn to the structure and logic of numbers, she found a natural fit in financial work and has since grown her expertise within Turner Hopkins, initially working in the trust accounts team before stepping into her current role as Finance Manager. Her experience in trust accounting gives her a strong appreciation of the regulatory and compliance requirements that are critical in a legal environment.
