About Catherine Pendleton
Catherine joined Turner Hopkins as an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in September 2017. She has a broad range of experience in civil, commercial and criminal litigation and has appeared in a number of Tribunals and Courts, including the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
Catherine has a broad background in litigation from her time as a junior barrister at Bankside Chambers and as a litigator in immigration, employment, judicial review and professional disciplinary proceedings.
Catherine provides advice on options, risks and strategies involved in litigation, as well as other dispute resolution services including mediation. She works closely with the commercial team at Turner Hopkins to provide joined up advice in respect of options and costs for litigation.
Catherine spends her spare time chasing her two young daughters around their sports pursuits on the North Shore and enjoys mountain biking, hiking, squash and learning to surf with her daughters.
