Welcome New Staff Members

We are very excited to introduce three highly experienced lawyers to the team.

We welcome Aaron Martin to the Turner Hopkins team. Aaron has practiced in the immigration field since 1996. He has extensive experience assisting multinational corporate clients with intra-corporate transfers, employee exchange schemes, work visa applications and the tools to assist with the recruitment of international expertise.

His early experience in handling applications under the previous humanitarian policy resulted in Aaron developing expertise in complex cases that require Ministerial intervention as well as character and medical waivers and appeals.

His experience in general legal practice and working knowledge of tax law/structuring and commercial law affords Aaron the ability to assist clients wanting to establish businesses in New Zealand, and investor clients seeking to migrate in a tax efficient manner.

While business-focussed, Aaron takes great pleasure in assisting families to re-unite in New Zealand, and realising the dreams of international students to move from being a student to entering the work force and on to becoming a resident.

Aaron has built a good working relationship and a solid reputation with Immigration New Zealand over many years.

He is available to assist you, your family and your company from 29 November 2010.
