Can I pursue judgments obtained outside New Zealand?

Yes. New Zealand has a reciprocal enforcement of judgment regime allowing the registration of offshore (overseas) judgments to take place in New Zealand. If certain criteria are met the judgment then carries the same force as though it were obtained in a New Zealand court.
