How to establish Paternity
Paternity issues arise when someone (usually a child's mother or alleged father) seeks to prove or disprove that a person is the biological father of a child. We can assist you in dealing with such matters and the best manner in which to progress DNA testing.
Matters such as this are often resolved out of Court, however, we can also assist you with Court proceedings, if required.
If you would like assistance with a paternity issue, please contact one of our family lawyers below.
