About Clare Devine
Clare joined Turner Hopkins immigration team in January 2020, having worked for an immigration consultancy for some years. She obtained her Law degree from the University of Waikato in 2018 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in June 2020.
Clare is passionate about assisting migrants to navigate the New Zealand immigration system in a way that achieves their long-term goals, whether they be for career, family, or lifestyle reasons. She especially enjoys working on the "difficult cases" where expert knowledge and advocacy is needed.
Clare is currently on secondment to the Litigation and Employment team, where she assists with a range of civil disputes concerning companies and individuals.
