Guardianship
Guardianship of a child involves more than day-to-day parenting. In most cases the natural parents of a child are his or her guardians. Guardianship decisions involve more holistic concepts such as a child’s place of residence, schooling, medical welfare and religion. We can assist where there is a dispute between guardians about issues of this nature and make the necessary applications to the court if required.
