Performance Issues

Performance management causes stress to many employees.  The employer must follow a fair and reasonable process, and should also follow their own internal policies and procedures.  An employee may take a support person to any performance management process, and this may be useful if there are areas of contention.

During the process, the employer must give full support, including training if necessary, to assist the employee to reach the level of performance required.

If you would like to discuss any issues arising from performance reviews, please feel free to call.
