Defective buildings, Leaky homes and Construction Law

The leaky home crisis has lead to numerous claims being made against developers, builders, tradesmen, City Councils and vendors for damages and costs arising from defective buildings. A number of these claims arise from houses constructed with monolithic cladding, non-ventilated cladding or non-ventilated cladding systems.  Michael Robinson has acted for numerous developers, builders, architects and affected home owners in the Weathertight Homes Resolutions Service, tribunals and the Courts. 

We have developed close relationships with a number of building industry experts who can assist in providing the technical and evidential analysis necessary in order to successfully prepare and conduct proceedings arising from leaky homes and/or defective building work.
