Drink Driving - Limited Licences
We have extensive experience in assisting clients charged with excess breath or blood alcohol.
In the event of a conviction for a drink driving related charge, many clients find that they are able to obtain a limited licence (often called a work licence). Provided certain criteria are met, a limited licence can allow you to keep driving under certain strict conditions despite a mandatory disqualification that may be imposed. A limited licence can also be sought in cases involving a demerit point disqualification. We are highly regarded for our ability to assist clients facing the prospect of disqualification in the most cost effective manner whilst ensuring that the least possible inconvenience is incurred.
